1 — Introduction
Our kickoff is a focused 15-minute 1:1 meeting to talk about your project and how I can help bring it to life.
If I’m not the right fit, I’ll recommend other designers who might be. If your budget needs adjusting, we’ll discuss options. And if everything clicks, we can get started right away.
This intro is all about helping you make the best design decision—whether that means working with me, someone else, or exploring other options. Let’s make those 15 minutes count.
2 — Research
Research is everything.
Without it, even the best designs won’t deliver real results.
After our introduction call, if we decide to move forward together, I’ll send you around 20 tailored questions to help me deeply understand your business. This step is essential to ensure the design truly works for you.
Next, I’ll draft a few pages of ideas and insights for you and your team to review. This is our chance to align—whether it’s adjusting focus on a target group or clarifying key details about your business. Getting it right now avoids costly revisions later.
3 — Design
This is the fun part—turning all our strategic ideas into beautiful visuals.
For branding and logo design, I don’t share drafts until the final presentation. Design is mostly about strategy, not personal preference. While colors and styles are subjective, the right design is one that works specifically for your business, industry, and goals.
Your expertise guides the process, helping me craft a solution tailored to your needs—not just a collection of your favorite colors or fonts.
4 — Presentation
And for the really fun part—presentation day! You and your team will see your new identity come to life and (hopefully) fall in love with it. You’ll also receive all the final deliverables, fully prepped and ready to put into action immediately.
